Renee Nanneman founded The Need'l Love Company, Inc. in 1984 and is a quilting fabric designer for Andover Fabrics, for whom she has created over 80 print, woven, and wool fabric collections since 2006. Her vintage-inspired designs draw from antique quilts, historic textiles, and flea market finds, and she is also known for her "Threads" book series.
