I draw inspiration from my mixed media paintings, where I build each composition through many thin layers of acrylic paint. An essential part of my process is incorporating black-and-white graphic fabric directly onto the surface, allowing it to become part of the visual story. As I continue layering, the fabric begins to dissolve into the painting, creating depth, texture, and unexpected connections. I then machine quilt the finished piece, adding another dimension of line and movement before framing it as a complete work of art.
